Vitty offers extensive lists of items and easy to use website, so that many users around the world can easily browse and sell/buy items.
You can buy or sell Second Life items through Vitty.
Vitty will deliver the item to your Second Life avatar.You will be able to see items you would not have been able to, create items from your own imagination and appeal them to the world.

No, you can only register one Vitty account with each Second Life account.

No, you cannot change your email address.

Yes, you can go to "MyPage>Profile>Edit password"

Go to "MyPage>Cancel Account"

Your profile, MyList and MyPage will be deleted.
# If I cancel my membership, can I register again with Vitty?
You can re-register with Vitty.
But you will not be able to retrieve your current profile, MyList or MyPage information.

Item will be delivered directly to your Second Life avatar.
Item can be delivered wherever your avatar is but its status cannot be in Busy or Away.
# How much is the handling fee?
There is no handling fee.
# Error message keep showing up after purchasing item(s).
The error could be due to Second Life maintenance, your internet connection is disconnected, or your status is offline.
Please try again later.

Please go to "Contact Us" and let us know.

Vitty only connects you to other sellers and buyers.
If you are experiencing problems with the item, please contact the other party through IM.

You can add items to your MyList. You can always buy the item from this list.

Your MyList will be available until your membership is cancelled.

You can store selling items in the Vitty Box.

When you login to Vitty,
please click on "GetVittyBox" on the left side of the screen. Vitty Box is free.

No, Vitty Box is free.
# Do I need to put the item inside the Vitty Box to sell?
Yes, only items inside the Vitty Box can be registered.
# Where do I put the Vitty Box?
You can store your Vitty Box in your land
# Do I need to pay the handling fee?
Handling fee is 5% of the item's price.
If the item is less than 51L$, there is no handling fee.
If the item is less than 51L$. No handling fee.
If the item is 51L$ or more. 5% of the item's price.
Handling fee is rounded up. (e.g. 0.5 is rounded to 1).
# How do I get paid for the sold item?
It will be deposited into your Vitty account.
If you want to transfer L$ from Vitty to Second Life account, click on "L$ Withdraw" and enter the amount.
# How do I view my Selling history?
Go to "MyPage>Selling history".
# Under the Object tab, do I need to click on the "For Sale" box to sell the item?
No, you do not have to click on the "For Sale" box.
Vitty will automatically set this for you.
# How do I delete an item?
In the Sale Catalogue, click on the "Edit/Delete".
This will take you to Edit/Delete page where you can edit or delete the item.
# I cannot run my Vitty Box.
1) Under the Script Editor, please check if "Running" is set.
2) Please touch the Vitty Box and click on "Reset".
3) Your current Vitty Box is out of date. Please download the latest version.
    (By clicking on "GetVittyBox", you can download the latest version.)
4) If all of the above do not work, please contact us through the Support.

# What is depositing L$?
The items are paid in L$.
You can use the Vitty ATM to make L$ deposit into the Vitty account.
The deposited amount can be withdrawn back from the Vitty account to your avatar at any time.
# Can I deposit 1L$?
Yes, you can.
# Where can I deposit?
We are currently installing ATMs within the Second Life's land owners.
You can use those ATMs.

# What is withdrawing L$?
L$ Withdraw is when you made a L$ deposit or when you sold your item(s), the amount deposited or the item price is transferred to your avatar in Second Life.

Withdraw can be processed at any time, except when Vitty website is under maintenance.
